No.

Do you have termination fees in your management agreement?

No. You can terminate the management agreement with 30 days notice for any reason.

Are owners notified of every repair?

Yes, you’ll be asked and kept in loop about happening on the property. We won’t perform non-emergency repairs above the maintenance threshold of $400 without contacting you first.
